Ilan­dra can see, and to some extent manip­u­late, the lines of fate which con­nect peo­ple to each other. Her abil­i­ties in this area are based on Sorte magic from 7^th Sea. She can see the fate web by clos­ing her eyes and con­cen­trat­ing. Although this does not have a Glam­our cost, any­one with the Ken­ning tal­ent will know that she is using a mag­i­cal abil­ity. Once seen, threads can be weak­ened, strength­ened, cut or cre­ated by expen­di­ture of glam­our. The dif­fi­culty is based on the target’s willpower or banal­ity, whichever is higher. The tar­get may make a Wits + Ken­ning roll to imme­di­ately notice the effect, and an Intel­li­gence + Hearth Wis­dom roll to under­stand what kind of magic is being used on them.

Duchess Honeysuckle’s Signet Ring
This ring is worn by the Duchess — or in her absence, the Crown Princess — of House Hon­ey­suckle. It sig­ni­fies sta­tus, and if shown to any noble the wearer’s sta­tus is imme­di­ately con­ferred. It enti­tles the wearer to peti­tion the King, Queen or rul­ing Coun­cil of Fairy­land. Nei­ther it, nor its impres­sion in wax, can be forged.

Duchess Honeysuckle’s Field Medic Kit
This is car­ried by the Duchess — or in her absence, the Crown Princess — of House Hon­ey­suckle. It con­tains a Field Medic tabard plus a set of spares, a magic pop-up field surgery which is fully kit­ted out for any nec­es­sary pro­ce­dures. The kit also con­tains ban­dages and sundry other med­ical sup­plies that might prove use­ful out in the field. Pre­sented in a wooden box that has yel­low flower inlays, the kit self-replenishes itself and to this day, none of the Hon­ey­suckle nobles have been able to fig­ure out where it gets the sup­plies from…
